IHE DU Assistant Professor Educational Qualifications
For the Disciplines of Arts, Commerce, Humanities, Social Sciences, Sciences languages.
- Master’s degree with 55% marks in a concerned/ relevant/ allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
- The candidate must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC or the CSIR
- OR The Ph.D. degree has been obtained from a foreign university/ institution with a ranking among the top 500 in the World University Ranking or The Academic Ranking of World Universities (ARWU) of the Shanghai Jiao Tong University (Shanghai)
For Elementary Education Eligibility
- Postgraduate degree in Science/ Social Science/ Arts/ Humanities/ Mathematics/ Language with 55% marks and M.Ed./ M.A. (Education) with 55% marks.
- Postgraduate degree in Psychology with 55% marks and B.El.Ed/ B.Ed. with 55% marks.
- Desirable: M.Phil/ Ph.D. in Education.
IHE DU Assistant Professor Salary
Eligible candidates for appointment to the posts of Assistant Professor for the following subjects/ departments in the Academic Level 10 with rationalized entry pay of Rs. 57,700 + allowance as admissible under the rules of the university of Delhi from time to time.
Institute Of Home Economics Recruitment 2022 – Selection Process
- The candidates will be selected on the basis of their educational qualifications and experience.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- The final selection will be made on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the interview only.
