Compliance Manager (Ethics & Compliance)

Subsidiary: Internal Audit & Compliance – Group Shared Services – Abu Dhabi

Job Purpose: To develop and manage the implementation of the Compliance policies and procedures, and to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, ethical operations, as well as the identification and mitigation of ethics and compliance risks. Review and Conduct Investigations carried out for incidents reported by whistle-blowers & Special Assignment as per management directives. Liaise with the outsourced audit agency and undertake special audits & investigations as per management directives.

Experience: 8 – 10 years of minimum experience in sales & operations within the automotive industry; out of which 4 years should be on a managerial level. Experience within an automotive principal/ luxury car brand is preferred.

Qualification: Masters’s level degree or Professional Qualification in law from an internationally recognized higher education institution with relevant certification such as Certification of Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) or similar is required – CIA and CFE certification would be preferable.

Compliance Officer (Ethics & Compliance)

Subsidiary: Internal Audit & Compliance – Group Shared Services – Abu Dhabi

Job Purpose: Perform Compliance Review to ensure enforcement of policies & procedures. Coordinate with the Principal or external agencies for Compliance Reviews/audits. Prepare and maintain relevant documentation required for Compliance Review. Enhance Compliance awareness through Compliance Training. Recommend and agree on remedial measures with BU management to implement Compliance policies and procedures.

Experience: 2 years of minimum experience in the Compliance & Ethics area with Knowledge of Business Processes is preferred.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in law or Finance/Accounting or equivalent. Certification in Compliance & Ethics or relevant qualifications is required. A certificate in Fraud investigation or experience in the investigation is preferred.

Field Sales Consultant Automotive Spare Parts

Subsidiary: Central Motors & Equipment – Bosch Automotive Spare Parts – Dubai

Job Purpose: Drive sales and contribute to the achievement of the team’s annual sales target and high customer satisfaction objectives specific to the assigned territory and customer base. Achieve individual sales targets set for the year by the line manager to contribute to team targets and consequently to the annual business unit revenue target as a whole. Create opportunities to acquire new business and carry out market intelligence activities.

Experience: 4 years of minimum experience in Sales within the automotive parts & power tools industry. Experience in European Brands is required.

Field Sales Executive Automotive Spare Parts

Job Purpose: Drive sales and contribute to the achievement of the team’s annual sales target and high customer satisfaction objectives specific to the assigned territory and customer base. Technicians Automotive

Subsidiary: Western Motors – Abu Dhabi

Job Purpose: Perform quality servicing and repairs, on all mechanical/electrical components of a motor vehicle to return them to the manufacturer’s specifications in observance of operating procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.

Experience: 4 years of minimum experience in customer care & operations experience within the automotive workshop. Experience in American Car Brands is required, Certified Jeep technician is preferred.

Qualification: Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

Electrician

Subsidiary: EGME Sales & Operations – Abu Dhabi.

Job Purpose: Perform quality servicing and repairs, on all electrical components of a motor / electric vehicle to return them to the manufacturer’s specifications in observance of operating procedures.

Experience: 3-4 years of minimum experience in repair work & operations within an automotive workshop environment. Experience as an Electrician with heavy vehicle brands and electric vehicle brands is preferred.

Qualification: Secondary School Education Certificate with certification as a Technician in Electrical mastery.

Team Leader Automotive

Subsidiary: Emirates Motor Company – Mercedes Benz – Abu Dhabi

Job Purpose: Oversee and ensure optimum utilization of the available workshop labor and resources to achieve set operational efficiency targets. Ensure the team carries out vehicle repair and service activities by established quality, safety, and efficiency guidelines as per ALFAHIM guidelines and within set time frames.

Experience: 6 – 7 years of minimum experience in customer care & operations experience within an automotive workshop environment and 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a premium/luxury car brand.

Qualification: Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and Certification as Automotive or Diagnostic Technician is preferred.
